Fence Installer- $45k - $95k per year (based on experience). 

Responsibilities

  • Report to job site and meet with the client to review job details
  • Prepare the area for new fences using hand and power tools
  • Set fence posts, rails, and lines
  • Install wood, picket, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum.
  • Inspect and maintain, or remove old fences.
  • Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure.
  • Keep the worksite free of debris upon completion.

Qualifications:

  • We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • At least 1-year experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing is required.
  • Physically fit and good hand dexterity required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills

  • Lifting: Ability to frequently lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs., occasionally lifting to 80 lbs.
  • Dexterity: Proficiency in using both hand and power tools, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks precisely.
  • Mobility: Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods. Ability to navigate uneven terrains of residential properties.
  • Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks under various weather conditions and maintain energy over long workdays.
  • Vision: Good visual acuity to ensure precise measurements and installations.
  • Coordination: Balance and bodily coordination are necessary for climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating worksites safely.
  • Endurance: Resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and occasional precipitation.
